Found these hands at my watchmaker today. They were kept in a small container marked Omega 321. The two to the right both matches my original tritium hands on my 145.012 but the one on the left is about 0.5mm shorter, and the cut-out for the tritium is closer to the pivot. Same center bore. All tritium.
Is the shorter one for a Speedmaster or something completely different?

 

I've seen this variation of the minute hand quite often on 145.012, so I'd assume it is fine for a Speedy. Check below for reference.
