    Hey guys!

Looking for a tritium hand set for a 145.022-74 Speedmaster. I don’t need the sub-dial hands. If you have a set of these that you would part with, let me know!

Here’s the speedy that I’d be pairing them with. you can see why I’m looking for a replacement. Cheers!

These were service replacement hands, that were fitted to my 105.012-65 back in the early 1970's. They came back from Swiss Time Services, UK, in the Omega pouch, after my service last year, but I have a feeling the minute hand is slightly shorter than it should be???::confused2::

I have no idea why the watchmaker would have fitted a slightly shorter minute hand.

By the way @gdupree. That's a lovely watch you have. I hope you get the right hands for it mate.

Thanks! anyone have an idea about the story behind the short minute hand? I feel like i’ve heard about this before, somehow, but haven’t seen a lot of info on it.

I’ll do some reading up on it and may still be interested. Cheers.

Not sure, but could that be a Mk II minute hand?

You could just get the hands relumed to match the dial, LA watchworks can do the job perfectly. For example:

A set just posted on eBay. Not the best, but..

Also, analog shift has posted about 15 pairs on chronocentric.
