hello all, yesterday I have just been told that U series is the transitional series and some of the productions during this period comes with tritium dial T<25 sign but the lumes are plotted with luminova markers. Anyone has such examples or more info on that?

I have seen T<25 service dials that we’re luminova filled.

How do you determine they are service dials?

Quickest way - They work. It’s a very bright white color, and in the dark It’s a green glow that holds a glow for a bit.

I think OPs asking if these could be factory fitted originals...?

Ah..Yessss.... ::facepalm1::. I don’t know for sure (but somebody here probably does) but I have only read about service dials that came back with trit markings but were luminova filled. I actually owned one.

I understand that some of the U series T<25 dials are like that. As it’s the transitional period. Does wad u owned actually looks like that? Seller says it does glows for a while in the dark.

Wads bothering me is that seller says the markers are very white, it still does glow and for a short while and it’s a U series. Like it has checked too many boxes
