·New member here. I've had a gold TriCompax for years, and finally hoping to have it restored fully for use. The watch seems to function well, but the gold "cap" of the crown is missing, leaving just a sad stump. A restoration shop said they can laser weld a new cap onto it, but I'd prefer a vintage crown if somebody has a spare or is parting out a watch. It's a 1940's production, 12266 model, serial 1028xxx.
The other unobtainium part would be either a gold UG buckle or an original band. It has some atrocious gold plated band on it now that I wouldn't put around my neighbor's obnoxious cat's neck. Thanks for any help.
