Treaty of Rome

Hey everyone

I am new here and a watch enthousiast but not an expert.
I have bought this Omega in Belgium and it has these engravings on them.
I tried to search online and it might have been one of 1958 and part of a gift after the treaty of Rome.

I thought I saw one in the US (ONLINE) with the exact same engraving.

Does anyone know where it might originate from?

Looks like an Omega that would have one of their 30mm hand-winding movements, perhaps a 267 or 268.

Could it be someone's birth date inscribed on the back? I was born about a month and a half later than that date.
