Translation help. “T brace” mainspring?

Hello all, can the technically knowledgeable members explain what a “T brace” mainspring is?
Trying to ensure I buy the right stuff.

Maybe "ressort à ailettes" in French? If I'm right the end of the spring has two small "ears", which fit into two small rectangular slots in the cover and bottom of the barrel. Can be fun (or not) to put in place.

Yes that's it. Not too hard to install really, as I just remove them from the shipping ring, wind them up in a winder with the end sticking out a bit. Then line the tee up in the slot, hold it there with tweezers and press the spring out of the winder.

Compared to some others, the tee end is an easy one, but none of them are all that hard really.
