Titus Genève black dial chronograph, 18kt pink gold, 37mm, 1950's, not winding

For sale is this black dial chronograph from the 1950s. I fell in love with the gold + black dial combo, which is uncommon on those affordable 1950s chronos.
I haven't used it for the past year, and discovered last month that the winding had stopped working. Most certainly, the winding stem and gaskets need to be replaced. Apart from this, it very accurately kept time and chrono was working.
The top right lug has a dent
