Tissot with dugena caseback?

Hey guys!
Somebody gifted me this nice tissot seastar. I serviced it and its running fine. But does somebody know why there is a caseback stamped with dugena? Movement is a tissot&Fils 781

Could be a Tissot movement that was later fitted to a Dugena case.

Been known to happen, but it never left the factory like that.

very interesting! Thank you! I searched for the Right cases but they all are poorly plated. This one looks ok. And its part of the history of the watch. I‘ll leave it as it is.
