    Cleaning out the drawer!

1940s Tissot Antimagnetic with 34mm gold plated case and stainless back. The watch is near mint condition...appears to be near unworn.

Case: 34mm gold plated with sharp edges and patina

    Dial/Hands: original and perfect

Movement: clean but not running, balance spins freely, needs service.

It comes with the original strap as well. An affordable watch with great wrist presence.

Asking $150 shipped in the CONUS. PM or email watchknut AT gmail.com

After service the watch is going to my Father as a combo birthday retirement watch. He turns 70 this weekend and will be officially retiring soon. I was going to give him a Marvin I got earlier this year but the serial on this dates to 1947 so while it may be off it's close enough!

That’s a very nice example and a fair price.

If I didn’t already have one, I would have been all over it.

    Good pickup. :)

To close this story off, finally got the tarnish removed and the watch serviced. Gave it to my dad as a birth year watch (serial seems to be 47) as a late B Day early retirement gift. I found a nice looking Tissot box on eBay for it.
