My AD showed me yesterday an email on his iPhone from Swatch Group informing him of the "Time To Move 2020" event slated for late February (on the 20th if i remember correctly). But everything shown at the event will be embargoed until a second event in May for the media just like last year. Don't know if the 321 Speedy will be revealed before that event but during the TTM event it will be announced that the standard moonwatch with 1861 will be discontinued and that the 3861 will take its place. Also i was told that one of the new watches announced will be a GMT variation of the 2018 SMP 300 Diver.

Anyone know of any other inside information? Anyone got his invite for the event?

Now there's a watch I would be willing to buy. Optimistically looking forward to seeing it 馃槻

Are we gonna have a 3863 with display case back, or they'll use the 3861 in every cases?

I have been told that 3861 will be used in both versions of the standard moonwatch.

Any idea by chance where pricing will head up to concerning 3861 Moonwatch? I saw bellow you address both versions but are you sure hesalite 3861 will continue to be available? If not it will be Time To Move for me finally and buy a hesalite 1861! I was postponing it so many times! Because it was readily available and discounted as well.

I cannot speak with certainty but i was told the Moonwatch will continue to come out in two versions. The Sapphire version will be around 7K USD.

Splendid! Then better wait for 3861!

Did your AD mention if the new Seamaster GMT release would have the wave dial? Personally I'm loving the matte dial on the Bond release and hoping they might go with a similarly simple dial layout with a new GMT

Any idea if the master-coaxial will be the new standard going forward or is the move to METAS the plan?

I was told no more sapphire sandwich, sapphire on gold and LE models only.
