Most know that I predominantly collect Speedy's but I do have a few other chrono's all of very different personalities. Below are three of my favourites
Happy Friday The 13th. Mad, that Zenith cushion has blipped my radar for a few years now, but any time I see one for sale (infrequently), either I have no watch money, or the seller thinks it's on par with an A386 and prices it the same. Here's my favorite among the "Far Removed From Traditional" chronograph: Circa 1982 IWC Porsche Design Titan ref. 3700. Tweaked Valjoux 7750, first Swiss watch with a titanium case and bracelet. This watch single-handedly saved the Swiss mechanical chronograph industry. Or something like that...
A few months ago you sell your Zenith El Primero Rainbow and now pick up this Zenith El Primero. You certainly do like to churn the fleet.
Yes, one of those regretful sales. Don't really like to "churn the fleet" but sometimes circumstance or lust for another dictates so Have been looking for another Rainbow but they are rather thin on the ground at the moment
