I think this looks in suspiciously good condition for a 50 year old Watch and (as a complete novice) I'm not sure of the originality of the dial. Very good looking Watch though, currently priced at around £280. Worth bidding on?

I think it is a redial. Never see one with red cross hair. But wait for experts to chime in....

 

The dial is original and legit. I had a gold cap version, really liked it but a little too small. I sold mine w/ box and papers for $600 and it was mint.
