    My opinion is that you are correct.

    Also, I would be concerned that the case is not Omega licensed. However, there is no picture of the inside of the watch.

    I'd look somewhere else.

    It's been redialed, look at the Omega sign, it's really off.

    Redial. Markers very misaligned. Subdial markers are of different lengths.

    I saw a very similar watch for auction a little while ago at a local UK auction house. At the time I thought it was redialed and didn't bid.

    Another vote for redial.
