    Hi guys,

I'm considering a purchase of this Vintage Seamaster 600. Overall, it looks okay, but I'm a bit worried about the patina on the numerals, some of the fading on the markers, and the fact that the glass is plexiglass not official omega crystal.
    REF.135.011.

What are your thoughts here? Can anyone else help grade/value the condition?

That little bit of patina wouldn't scare me, it gives it character, but your watchmaker can always clean it when he/she replaces the crystal, if you want a Omega crystal, this crystal looks fine to me.

    Good luck

It looks OK, not "oooh, I want that" but reasonable. Though these do seem to be popular with new collectors, perhaps it is the stainless steel case and simplicity in the design.
I have seen a few of these with similar issues on the dial at the roman numerals at least this is likely to mean the dial has not been repainted. You do realise it is manual wind?
