Thoughts on this vintage omega 33.3 chronograph?

I am not well-versed in Omega so cannot comment on originality. However, I will say that the example above looks quite different than the examples below, which may or may not be correct. The accent on the "E" of "GRADUÉ" is missing, the numerals in the outer track look quite large and do not flip, and the minute hand extends beyond the second/minute scale.

Also, if you have a photo of an original pulsation dial I would be curious to see it.
