What do we think about the authenticity of this T-C? The hands and batons look mighty shiny...

Seller doesn't have any more useful pics, unfortunately. The only other info I have is the reference (52218) and case number (1368749). Listed as circa 1949, cal. 481, 14k yellow gold.
