Seems like a redial - font appears too thick. i'm guessing the original dial would be something similar to the following example belonging to @J-Luc ? As always, appreciate any help provided. Thanks!
I am certainly no expert but I am inclined to say that both are redials. The printing on the first looks too fresh/bold. The second is very inconsistent (those subdials) and the "Universal Geneve" looks wrong.
I'm with you on the redial -- too heavy on the sub-dials and the minute ring. And I've never noticed another dial with hash marks connecting the minute ring and the tachometer ring at the 8, 10, 32, 34 and 38 minute marks.
