Hey guys,
After quite some time of finding suitable options, I feel like I'm finally close to purchasing a 105.012 (my first vintage Omega as well ). I'd love to hear any feedback on the proposed watch, and will be attaching pics too.
Its a 105.012-66CB!

What are your thoughts?

The pictures aren't great but from a quick glance;

1. The bezel is correct and very good.
2. Dial appears to be correct for a CB and may be nice condition but pic is too poor to tell for sure.
3. Case appears polished and has service pushers
4. Bracelet is incorrect.

 

Yep, I agree with all your points, except that I didn't know the pushers were service pushers. How could you tell?
And yea, I was planning on using a leather strap anyways, so the bracelet is not too big of a dealbreaker for me.

Soft case...all depends on price.

Meaning polished. Naturally, Speedmasters have sharp edges on the case lugs. Edges of case get less defined and "soft" when the watch is polished.

Took me a while to see what that means but once you see it you'll never want a polished speedy again!

 

Service pushers have a narrower tube then the originals.
