Hi guys, What do you think of this one? Not thinking of buying, just trying to learn. Automatic looks a bit out of place in my opinion, but maybe that's just because of the 6 o'clock subseconds dial? And the case looks overpolished. Other than that, I'm thinking it looks ok? Thanks again! -J.
Seems this dial is correct: https://omegaforums.net/threads/omega-seamaster-ref-2576-textured-dial.26830/ The case looks good, not polished. Of course, from what can be seen from those crappy pics.
I'd say a new crystal (or a polish if the existing) and a good picture would do wonders for that watch.
They're overlapping the markers, where usually on most Omegas they only just reach them. Have no comperes for this reference, hence the ? Edit: Googled it, and it seems the hands are correct for the ref. My bad
Thanks guys! Appreciate the input. What about this one? Interesting dial, looks almost granular :\ The print seems a bit messier too, although I'm not sure if that's just because of the dial texture or the poor quality pictures. My bet would be re-dialed and the text has been painted over as well? They also don't provide a picture of the caseback...
First one was good why did we leave that one? This one is a redial. Look at Swiss made. Looks like someone scribbled it. Notice the different thickness of each tick of the minute marker. Doesn't resemble other seamasters. Very pale dial. Keep looking or go with the first one. Also notice the coloring of the movement. The first is a copper/rose color and second really has a lot of corrosion. Night and day.
