Thoughts on this Omega Seamaster 166.010?

Hi
My search for the right vintage omega continues!
I was wondering if I could get some more help on whether or not this could be a good choice!
Everyones help is greatly appreciated!!!
Also does anyone have any advice in the right price to pay for a 166.010?

In that condition (corroded hands, badly scratched case, rough movement), non-chronometer version, with no bracelet, maybe $500-ish.

Too many problems for me. I wouldnt consider this one
