Thoughts on this Jumbo Bumper?

    Any thoughts on this dial / hand combo? Apparently 1945 and 37mm. No movement shots but the ad states it's a caliber 28.19 RA (I'm guessing they mean 28.10?). Thanks OF.

    The dial is refinished, hands to short and the proportions look off. IMHO, value for parts only.

    I was sure this was original when I first saw it but looking at it with fresh eyes it appears so obvious. Wishful thinking I guess. ::screwloose::
