Personally, I'm a big fan. I was looking at picking up one before I ultimately settled on my 'great white'. What is the offer if you don't mind me asking? Anything less then 2k is a steal. They have been going for 2.2+ recently, in straight auctions.

If you can get it cheap like you said and you like it then go for it. These pop up on ebay from time to time. I don't think they are a big seller, so remember that if you ever go to flip it. That might be why it's going cheap.;)

There are 4 or 5 on ebay right now at either BIN or best offer and range from $2695.50 - $3875.00 USD. So, your price seems very reasonable.

They have box and pares though I think.

Provisionally taken depending on its condition awaiting pictures.

I don't foresee you taking a loss at that price point, Its a steal. I have to say I prefer it to the america's cup, hell I would be happy to take it off your hands if you decide to flip it in the future.

Who said anything about a loss? I would be happy to cover the sum of your investment;). I Hope the transaction goes smoothly. The Jacques moyal apnea is a very nice and distinctive addition to your collection:thumbsup:

The Apnea is not a very popular watch although it is cool. I guess at the price you were offered it's a decent deal.

That Seamaster has the old 1120 inside, which is an ETA 2892. Very reliable, and a favorite among dive watch guys. Not as great a deal at that number, but a fair price nonetheless.
