Lume does look abit puffy.

 

What are your thoughts/ observations?

Just a quick look shows a pretty heavy polish on the lugs, and likely replacement hands. The lume looks iffy to me, but would need better photos.

For the price range these watches are in it would be wise for you to do some reading on speedmaster101.com.

 

Were the attachmenta removed?
