What are your thoughts on this dial? Dialmarker at 9 lost and replaced on redial done a long time ago?
Standard indexes will be easier to replace than the 3 & 12, so if you buy. Replace the 3 & 9 with similar arrow and leave the 12:00 as is I would expect a good discount based on the replaced index unless it's an Ebay auction, so bid what you think it's worth DON
