First one is a poor redial. Avoid. Second one looks legit; it appears the crown and crystal have been replaced by generic ones. I am a little cautious on the dial - while it looks original, that circle in the middle is something I've not seen before. If the price is pretty low you could pick it up later - the original bracelet and not much loss of gold plating is a bonus. Be prepared for an overhaul at the watchmaker's though - no telling how much rotor wear there may be once it's opened up. EDIT - Request to mods to move this to the Vintage Omega sub-forum please.
