Dial seems old but i have never seen the scale placed on the dial like this. Its should be a ref. 174

The dial looks like the real thing to me. There are often ugly redone dials on those old beauties

 

The movement looks good though.

 

the location of the pulsometer scale is correct; have seen that before. and the placement as well; for a 30 pulsation scale the 40 must be at the 45 marker. but something makes me uneasy here; no idea, what. gut feeling..... kind regards. achim
