Hi, just got this Connstellation and i´d like to know how it looks to you. Wrong bracelet, i know. Any comments on the rest? Dial looks better in real then in the pic. The glas unsharpens the print on the dial. The a in Constellation is completly printed in real. 564 movement with serial 30mil. Glas is broken in the middel. I think a nice watch on a new leather strap for all day use after changing glas and servicing the movement. Regards Sigi
What I think of it is immaterial. What do you think of it? A lot of sins are forgiven if you got it cheap.
Appears to be in pretty decent overall condition, with original unpolished case. A service and nice leather strap and you'll be all set.
Tender Loving Care. Take it to a good watchmaker for a service and new crystal. Get a nice leather strap. That strap looks like something for a Speedmaster or a Seamaster. It might look great on your next Omega... Oh, and ask the watchmaker to refrain from polishing the case. Some of them think they're doing you a favor taking the edges off.
it´s a 1162 /173 and fit´s to my Mark II, end links are now aboute 1mm to small but that doesn´t bother me
Nice case. As said, full movement service, new crystal and band, and you're good to go. This is what a C-case should look like when you start to revive it.
