Hope all is well. Just wanted thoughts on this 165.002 if it all looks original and the condition of the watch and the movement? I cant see ‘T’ by Swiss Made on the bottom of the dial I don't know of thats normal for this. Any opinions would be welcome.

It looks correct. Dial seems original - no T’s as it’s a no lume dial.
The crown is wrong.
Depends on price.

Ah okay I see, my bad I thought it was a lume dial. Is the crown meant to be a smaller variant? In terms of price I think its about £600.

This is the correct crown. It’s quite distinctive and adds to the overall look of the watch. Unless you’re looking at an unusual version of a 165.002 or the price is great (neither of which apply to this watch), I’d usually advocate waiting to find one with the correct crown.

Even in the UK where prices are a bit higher, £600 for a plain silver dial 165.002, with wrong crown, no bracelet and no recent service is too high.

Correct crown

Oh yes that crown definitely looks more suited to the 165.002. Something with that crown didnt seem too right. I’ll hold up and keep the hunt going.
