Hey guys, could really use some help from one of the Speedy gurus out there on this particular 145.022-74 for sale locally. This is a mirrored post to my thread on WUS; was hoping I could get more from a specialised forum like this one :).

There is corrosion or "degradation" on the hands and it's greyed out as it's aged. The other parts look good to me, e.g. square end chrono, DN90 bezel, stamped dial, T Swiss Made T. I'm not sure what to think of the hands, if they're original or not.

    Here are some pics:

Thanks Jav. I just noticed the corrosion on the case and the movement ring. Should I be deducting value for them?

Those on the case can be seen in the case back photos above, its on the bottom lug on the side opposite the crown. Here's a movement photo:

Looks like an honest example if the price is fair

I see.. I was wondering it didn't look right, but shunned that thought after seeing the "1171" stamped clasp. Perhaps he fitted an original clasp on to an aftermarket bracelet.

More likely that it's a genuine 1171 with the wrong endlinks.
They were factory fitted with 633 endlinks on the speedmaster.
Ofrei should still have them in stock.
