    Dial and case looks good.
    Looks like service bezel
32 mil movement number high, but seems within range for a 69/70?

I'd say its a franken. Movement must be mid 70's as it appears to have the plastic / delrin brake instead of the metal one which was used prior to mid 70's.

To me case looks good. The momvement number is high but I have seen this transitional several times with such high numbers.
The dial however appears to be a service dial. This transitional came with a higher stepped dial compareable to the step of the 145.012.

I have exactly the same watch with a 32 million serial number, like all the straight writing cases I have seen, even if it says 69.

Those high serial numbers you gentlemen have seen for the 69, do they come with the delrin brake?

Just as a data point, I have a 32 million 145022-71 here that I am almost positive has never been serviced, and it has the steel brake. Also, I see a lot of rounded head screws on the movement in this watch being considered, and I associate those with later movements. All the screw heads on the watch I have here in this 32 million are flat head.

I think the movement may be later than 69.

    Cheers, Al

The 'greenish' tint of the tritium is consistent with a newer dial, too, FWIW...
