Does the dial look correct?
Would $1,500 be a reasonable valuation given the bezel condition and lack of bracelet?

There is more to consider. Even with a correct dial and bezel, both in good or better condition, would you want to spend $1500 if the case back were badly scratched, or if there were problems with the movement?

 

Dial-wise, it looks ok

 

This should be reference 135.027
Dial looks original to me. In manual winding versions dial is different that in automatic versions. Bezel luminous dot is not original.
