    From those shots it looks fine (and beautiful) to me, although to be sure you might want to wait for others to chime in.
    Also for a better assessment we'd need a close up of the logo and more shots (movement /case / inside caseback).
    But on the basis of these pics:
    -logo appears fine;
    - subdial design looks fine and regular;
    - indexes look regular and consistent;
    - small specs of patina on the dial are a sign pointing to originality;
    - dial design looks consistent with the hands, they reach in the right spot.
    But there are excellent redialers so again, would need close ups, and perhaps simply request a guarantee the dial is original and right of inspection.

    PS edit /add: there seems to be a hint of a finger print on the right side of the dial... are you okay with that?

    Looks to be a Stern dial and A-OK. Not sure about those mismatched hands though.

    S. what makes you think the hands are mismatched? I’m not seeing the same thing, even though the tip of the minute hand seems a bit lifted.

    BTW, now on a smart phone with zoom the dial definitely looks original.

    I like the look. Even if hands are wrong it looks great.

    I would have expected all of the hands to be the same color.

    I'm also still wondering about the dial.

    The gold inner track line underneath the hour markers isn't properly centered; look how it's off at below the 9, 10, and 11...

    Are you sure?
    I have to respectfully disagree, as I don’t see a lack of centering, even when looking carefully and magnifying the picture. There’s a color difference because the lines are in a coppery color and there’s a different reflection on that side, that’s all.

    I’ll even dare to say when you look at the logo, overall execution and the surface there isn’t even a question about dial originality.
    If we start casting doubt on this dial we’re going to have to cast doubt on all of the nice dials in many people’s closets.

    Regarding the hands, I now get the point about the color mismatch.
    The perfect color/ length match with the dial would lead me to believe the hour/ minute hand are original and that the seconds hand is the replacement, which I personally find relatively innocuous but it’s true one might wonder whether the dial didn’t originally come with blued hands.

    Best regards,
    S

    A lot of imperfections for a Longines. Vertical streaks of the dial aren't usually a good sign. The seconds' track is far from the edge of the dial.
    On the other hand the logo looks ok

    That was my concern as well. The yellow dribbles over the chapter ring line on a portion of the dial, but not on other portions. Seems imprecise for Longines of this era.

    Thanks @bubba48 for pointing these out, I could not see them from the various devices I was using. I guess @dougiedude that’s what you were referring to....

    Also note that the outline on many of the numerals is off and or not completely filled.

    I also have a 12.68z with outlined numerals. On my weathered dial the outlines and the numerals are very well centered which makes me also lean towards re-dial. The logo and sub-dial on the other hand look fine on the OPs watch.

    Could it be the dial may have been cleaned but not refinished? The vertical lines are a good indicator of a washed dial. That could also explain why some of the gold circular line work is not as defined in some areas.

    @bubba48 what process do you think would create the vertical streaks?

    @yako54 nice one!

    I think the OP dial has been re-furbished. Unless the crystal is causing distortion, the 10 and 11 numerals are slightly slanted and the 50 minute marker is not perfectly rectangular. The 1 numeral and the 5 minute marker I would expect to be more precisely aligned.

    These are my observations (yellow lines) of the photograph marked up by @bubba48 and could possibly be due to refraction, or not.
