I really like the faded bezel also its not DON.
Serial Number is at the end of the Transitionals starting with 273, so it could be original for this watch.

I am thinking about buying a new service dial, hands and bezel, maybe that would be more likely your taste

Hard to tell, but from this angle it looks a little bit like it's not on my wrist, which is only really a problem for me.
Congrats. It looks great. Though I'm no expert yet, I would guess the bezel is correct. It's from the time Omega switched from DON to DNN, and the patina is perfect.

 

I love patina, but it does not reset properly.
