I don’t think it is particularly rare, but the original hands are quite valuable to a Ranchero collector. Also many dials from that reference somehow end up eventually saying Ranchero on them.

The Spanish word “Ranchero” has negative connotations in some countries, so the model name was not used worldwide. I have seen the known Ranchero references 2990 and 2996 with Seamaster dials.
