    would this one be a rare bird? A seamaster with Ranchero Dial Ref 2937.

    I don’t think it is particularly rare, but the original hands are quite valuable to a Ranchero collector. Also many dials from that reference somehow end up eventually saying Ranchero on them.:cautious:

    The Spanish word “Ranchero” has negative connotations in some countries, so the model name was not used worldwide. I have seen the known Ranchero references 2990 and 2996 with Seamaster dials.
