Not being well versed in replica or fakes, this one strikes me as having a few oddities; bracelet clasp and case back looking rough, not sure if it should have a date... Opinions? http://www.lauritz.com/da/auktion/o...mbaandsur-automatic-limited-editio/i3663882/#
Quite right, looks awful. Never seen the original one before, but it's on the official Omega website http://www.omegawatches.com/press/press-kit-text/246
One of the biggest tip offs is the crappy single button stamped metal clasp, and the general lack of "fit" of parts.
Agree, but try to write that down so the auctioneers can grasp it... I have sent a mail, hopefully it'll get pulled. Would have liked to see a few policemen having a talk with the owner, as he comes to retrieve his rejected POS.
I wrote it down, and they apparently grasped it. They emailed me saying they canceled the auction and are "looking into it."
Thats good to see then, saves them a lot of hassle and more importantly saves the potential buyer a lot of heartache.
Wouldn't the auction house be in legal trouble if they actually brought the hammer down on it? (pun intended) I'd think they would have someone knowledgeable on staff inspecting these items before listing them.
