I've never seen a Polerouter with MICROTOR written on the dial and the U logo seems a little crooked and something else... What do the experts think. I'm actively looking for one at the moment (along with probably 90% of most watch collectors) and it seems as though there are a lot of really bad ones out there. Any opinion?
I would say that the dial looks original. Have a look here: https://omegaforums.net/threads/a-stainless-357.5828/
But the U logo seems of center and crooked. I mean the U in the square. Doesn't look at all like the watch Alpha posted.
Sorry guys, my mistake. I should have mentioned that image was borrowed from http://polerouter.de/index-english.htm
The dial looks original to me. All the cal. 215 and later models say Microtor on the dial, and the U medallion is crooked on all of them—there is no explanation for why, but they are all crooked.
looks good to me too. Here is my beater, wrong crystal and although signed, crown is from late 60's but i can live with that.
Here are my Polerouters, third and fourth from the left with black dials are with the old 138SS bumper movement, the rest are 215 movements with Microtor on the dial.
Yeah I just bought one and I'm waiting for it also!! The one on the picture above was sold for 105 CHF.
