The dial furniture in particular is quality, looks like someone found random bits of odd shaped brass and attached them with modelling glue.
The markers had their black paint cleaned off the center ridge, and my personal favorite (from experience) is finding a date caliber in a non-date case reference. I always like the non-chronometer calibers in Constellation cases too. I don't think there's one thing right with this watch!
And a backyard De Luxe to go with it: 14K Gold cap with a dome dial repainted into a De Luxe http://www.ebay.com/itm/vintage-ome...123040249?pt=Wristwatches&hash=item3ccc2563f9Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
Yea I figured that, the case and dial matches the flaws outlined in Desmond's article. http://users.tpg.com.au/mondodec//Counterfeit_Omega_Constellation_Cases.pdf
Yea reported it too, guy isn't a watch dealer, just a general second hand junk dealer by the looks. I get the feeling these amateur yard sale pickers that flip on eBay really have no clue and just aren't careful enough.
