If one charges money for a service, that makes them a professional. So the term is technically accurate. However, professional doesn't necessarily mean accurate or correct. Caveat emptor! gatorcpa
Omega redials are rarely accurate to original. However, don't forsake all refinishing jobs. I've got a couple very nice JLC redials (factory done), I've seen a few well recreated IWC vintage dials, and International Dial in Ohio has many of the original dies for Hamilton and Universal Genève.
