Is the push button to activate the clasp adjustment stiff to depress when new? And does it become easier to depress after it's been used a bit?

a bit, I can't tell if it got softer or if I just got used to it, but I did think it was a bit stiff when new

I replaced my original clasp with the Omega pushbutton clasp. The fit is just slightly different now. With the new pushbutton clasp installed, I need a half link to add to the bracelet now to get a perfect fit again. Does Omega make a half link for the Speedy Pro 3861 bracelet?

isn't the quick adjust that half links worth?

To be clear, the original 2021 3861 clasp (non-push button) is a slight different fit in mm than the new push-button clasp. After installing the new push-button clasp, it is a bit tighter in the loosest setting.

Each full link is about 4.5 mm and the clasp offers about 2.3mm of on the fly adjust.

Wondering if Omega offers a half link option instead of a full link to dial in the best possible fit.

The adjustable clasp is longer than the non adjustable, so the fit will vary with it versus before. Still think it is a great improvement to the bracelet versus the pin adjustment of the old one.

Agree it's an improvement. But does Omega make a half link? The fit is not quite the same with the new clasp.

Omega does not make a half link to my knowledge. And the original 3861 clasp was a push button clasp, just like the latest one, it just didn't have the quick adjust feature of the new one.

Unfortunate that they don't make a half link. My use of "push button" for the new clasp was in reference the quick adjust capability.

I suspected that is what you were referring to but a 'push button clasp' normally refers to how you release the clasp.

They don't (the links are pretty small right now so unlikely to happen); Uncle Seiko is working on a 1.25 link if not mistaken

I was under the impression it was just one point....a 2.3 mm (half link) adjustment.
2mm seems right to me, I have two 2024s.

Uncle now has a 1.5 link available, said they couldn't make a half link because of small size, so replace a full link with a 1.5 link and you are good to go. Available in both brushed and polished versions, 29 bucks.
