Spotted this for sale on C24 from a private individual:

Apparently there's two sets of papers sold with the watch. Screenshot_20201220-194336-picsay.jpg Screenshot_20201220-194320-picsay.jpg

Same "Saphir" stamp. I don't know why (mistake?) the seller added both of these photos on the sale listing but really kinda rings an alarm bell for me. Are there "stamping machines" or "punching machines" out there that could be used to manufacture papers?

I am not directly accusing the seller of anything. Maybe it's a honest mistake but at least I would be quite interested and wary.

It would ring a lot of bells if they were stamped with the same serial number. Which they are not. So it most likely is an honest mistake

Ask for a photo of the serial number on the watch. Ask the seller a question later.

Absolutely! It amazes me that people don't think twice about the difficulty of manufacturing a "good" fake mechanical watch, and totally gloss over the warranty card, etc. that "guarantee" authenticity.

I am by no means implying that this seller is dishonest or that those papers are not real, just answering the question.
