Stunning! For the avoidance of all doubt, please provide the reference for the steel bracelet and end links.
@Robert-Jan , thank you for confirming for us in the Fratello article that Speedy Tuesday LE's are not intended to become annual releases and there won't be one next year. Definitely agree what's important is the quality of a release, and not the quantity of releases. You and Omega have delivered 100% on quality with the first two STs.
Great photos! I am really impressed with the box set as well...a lot of attention to detail there. That's a good vintage bracelet. Would have been correct for the 145.012 which was the model of the original Utlraman.
Ah OK, I was looking at the bracelet chart the other day and it looks like there may have been some overlap with the 1171 in the 145.012 reference:
Sure, but you also need to look at the production year of the Ultraman (1968). Afaik, the 145.012-67 Ultraman model in 1968 came on the 1039, but there might be some exception (of course). It remains difficult to blue print everything
Soooo glad to hear that there won't be a ST3 next year. Too much could have been going on at the same time . I was very suprised when St2 came as quick as it did. I would have thought two or three years would be a good length of time so as not to ruin the special feeling of ownership of a limited/ special edition. But don't get me wrong I am always excited to see what's around the corner
I’d rather hope for a next 10th Anniversary Speedy Tuesday watch to keep colletors’ Interest intact with such exemplary watches, otherwise it’ll be just another LE regular itinerary in Speedmaster calendar. Nobody should be allowed to exploit commercially the sentiments of Speedmaster watch loving community. That would a sad day indeed. I entirely agree with RJB that unless there is another opportunity as great as these two splendid watches for him to collaborate with Omega again, there would be no ST#3 watch.
I hope Omega hears this and do less LEs for next year and following years. A very stressful past 2 years for my pocket.
I sincerely hope that Omega mess up with Moon landing 50th anniversary watch and save me from further ordeal financially. Amen.
