    That dial looks rather crummy to me, Mary have you had a look at some of the Constellation line? Although they were mens watches originally in the 1950s and 1960s, they're very elegant and the 34mm size looks great on ladies

    Yes, some spacers were made of plastic - usually quartz or lower cost watches had them. I'd pass on that watch.
