Old vespas and lambrettas
I think I'm in love.... That is VERY nice, and I don't even like Vespa or Lambretta but I'd not think twice about enjoying that!

Thank you, It’s one of a very few left in the world, it’s a Vespa 90ss. And is the only Vespa to have competed in the Brighton speed trials (oldest motor race in the world) hitting 98mph in a 1/4 mile, it has a highly tuned motor approx 30bhp.

My other English harquebus armour, circa 1670. The set is of superior quality and would have belonged to an officer. This was the last flowering of the armourer's art before increased firepower made it obsolete.

Maps, they're all on the wall and not easy to photograph but here are some London Underground pocket maps; early Becks, a 2012 in honour of the Olympics and a pre Beck Stingemore.

I collect 1st edition books. I love having a wall full of books in my house, a huge pain to move around with though. Generally speaking old 1st edition refrence books, especially those about hunting and fishing command the best prices. My collection consists mainly of works of fiction and crime novels by Walter Mosley, one of America's finest modern day crime writers in my opinion.

I 'collect' Elmore Leonard first editions, that is I buy them when I find them in thrift stores. I have about 95% of his output in paperback and slowly replacing with first editions.

At one point in my life. I was into collecting cars. Mostly vintage exotic rides. Those days are long gone. Now I collect small items. Firearms, Shaving gear and vintage Fishing rods and reels. Here's three recent additions to my reel collection. They are in as found condition. All three need a good clean and lube.

After a clean and lube the south bend reel is good as new a few nicks in the paint other than that. I'm happy with the result.

I used to collect magic cards, but omega forums caused me to become a seller 😁.

I have lots of stuff but what annoys my wife most is my collection of racing posters, mostly from the 1930s to the 1970s. They fall broadly into two categories: those advertising races and those issued by Mercedes and Porsche whenever they won a race. These posters would be sent to dealers for display. I have a few signed posters and some original artwork. I must have 200-300 posters. Some fairly rubbish pictures:

The original watercolour for the 1999 Sebring 12 Hour race poster (I have the 2000 race too):

Bad photo this but I had all nine Audi drivers sign the poster on the left, they finished in the first three places at Le Mans that year.

Oooh! If you ever decide to let some of the Le Mans collection go, do let me know!

Will do. There's quite a lot of it but all the best (old/signed/Porsche) stuff I'm keeping for now.

I collect many things, including the things the OP asked to be left out . The others include pipes, lighters, canes, and various militaria.

I didn’t set out to collect lighters, I just kept getting them as gifts! I bought the Operation Iraqi Freedom Zippo in Kuwait waiting to go into Iraq as a memento, and the Old Boy pope lighter I bought to light my pipe, the gold Zippo I had bought back in school and had forgotten about. The rest were gifts.

This is a scan of a couple of photos taken in 1997 prior to my owning any digital cameras.. It took me quite a while to get everything set up.
I used every lamp and work light I had to get the Cannon AE1 to lift the light meter needle to acceptable level!
The large halo you see over my head in the first photo is the bell of an old Martin sousaphone..
Quite a few of the horns are now gone as are all but 5 of the guitars. Many were converted into WRISTWATCHES!!!!!!

Got one reel, you might be interested in. Touch or two older than the ones pictured 😉 and still works. Will bring it home from work tomorrow and take a pic for you.
