I've never seen financing before. I think my next sale may be a lay-a-away for Christmas.

.99 over six months is a hell of a deal with today's interest rates.

Here's another good one for you, the Omega Pen that came with the 40th anniversary Apollo XI Speedy, the seller originally lists this as an auction with reserve:

I have mild interest and bid it up a bit, but it tops out at around $175, and doesn't meet the reserve. So, what does the seller do next? Re-list it with a BIN of $295 of course:

    Yeah, that will work out.

Here is one while not Omega it's a Hamilton Military pocket watch,In my opinion very optimistic BIN price. It has been relisted at least 4 times I can remember. $1699 then reduced to $1299 then increased back to $1699 now reduced to $1195. Even though the "Complete Guide to Watch Prices" (I know it is not the absolute bible on pricing) estimates a price of only $800 in mint condition. Considering that the Base Metal cased regularly go for less than $400 (I paid $265 for mine) I don't know many people that will pay an $800+ premium for the .800 silver case.

Hey guys - a seller can ask any price they want. They're hoping a sucker will pay it. Can't tell you how many times offers of half the asking price or less have been accepted even if there is no "Make Offer" option.

Here's one that stretches the imagination; baseball signed by some astronauts, no verifiable certificate of authentication, marked down from $450,000, to a very reasonable $321,999.99. I'm sure if you offer $321,999.00 it would be considered.

It would likely be worth it had Gus Grissom signed it at the event.

Those 40th pens - I've seen one go for $500 on a BIN....

I have one and will take a very reasonable $15000 due to its rarity and that it says OMEGA on the box.

Well it is a 8 page booklet... So less than 100 usd per page is a bargain.
