This SM300 was listed in the Recommended Watches thread by Mike. I had been in the hunt for one for some time but never pulled the trigger as I was waiting for one with brownish patina on the markers instead of the green markers. I was disappointed as I lost out on the auction. However the seller made me a second chance offer a few days later as she was unable to ship to the eventual high bidder. Can't believe the watchgods are smiling at me. Here's some pics and thanks for looking.
Came on a lizard but it's just not appropriate for such a watch.

Pity about the scratches. Just have to live with it or maybe get a replacement from Watchco.

With 2 other divers for comparison.

Which of the casebacks do you like most?

Thinking of mesh or sharkskin for him but on a nato for now.

    Thanks guys.

Taking up your suggestion Lou. Just ordered one but I am hoping I don't get into any trouble with PETA.:D

I think you can get a nice NOS caseback and make that piece perfect. The rest of the watch looks great!

It's too big for your wrist, Gavin. You need to send it to me. I'll pay for postage, too.
