I first became a fan of Omegas as a young teenager when I watched Pierce Brosnan use his Seamaster as a grappling hook and lazer in James Bond. Since then I had my heart set on getting one. Luckily for me my mother, a very fine lady, also loved Omegas, she called them the lady of watches, and so for my school graduation she bestowed upon me my very first Omega, my one and only speedy.

Since then i've been on quite a collecting spree, buying and selling many different watches, but my main focus has always been my favorite brand Omega, I've had many vintage and modern Omegas in my collection at one time or another, and for now here are the current ones in my collection! 20140128_152137.jpg

The speedy and titanium SMP (far right) are permanent members of my collection for now. the AT and other SMP are up for sale currently, I will be sad to see them go but I just never really bonded with the AT and the SMP is just the SS version of the titanium one, so I dont need the duplication. The great white is the newest addition to the family, and at least for now will be around for a while.

I look forward to participating in this forum for many years to come.

    Cheers!

Very nice group you've got there.

Enjoy the keepers, and GLWTS on the others.

No doubt you'll live up to your name and refill those gaps (and more!) soon!

Hoping to get my hands on a newer AT with the 8500 movement (hence why im selling off the one I already have). Probably a skyfall, or white dial with blue hands if i can find one as those are crazy rare.

They make a white dialed AT 8500 with Blue hands?? I thought that was only the 2500. Unless you mean the Captain's Version (below). Just curious as I'm looking into a new AT 8500 myself.

yup either a 2500 version if its the blue hands. Or the captains one/ skyfally one for 8500 but my preference is for an 8500

What's the reference number for the titanium electric blue? I've owned 2 electric blues and I love the watch but didn't end up keeping either, for various reasons. A titanium version might be nice.
