The book was an excellent read. It was long overdue for Haise to put his great story in writing.

Lost Moon by Lovell is also well written.

The Apollo Murders novel by Chris Hadfield was a surprisingly good tale.

Speaking of the man...I had the good fortune to spend some time with him and a handful of other notable Apollo era characters a few years back.
