Come on, admit to it, we all did something really dopey like that when we were wee lads and had no idea how tools work. I've got a 22 year old who is doing that to a perfectly good Mazda right now! I dunno...the Seamonster engraving is still pretty bold. Think it needs a round with a Dremmel and a wire brush bit.
