Hi there. I'm new to the forums and figured I'd introduce myself by way of a photo of my brand new Moonwatch. While I have a number of smart watches and hiking watches, this is my first serious mechanical watch. There's something about the simplicity of the Omega design language that I find really appealing. And as someone who is old enough to remember watching the moon landing on TV, the story of the Speedmaster resonated and made it an easy choice. I was initially considering the sapphire version as well as the moon phase version but in the end I figured you can't beat the classic Moonwatch. I also dabble in photography, so this is chance to combine it with my new interest in horology. View attachment 564358
