First post, was given the book for Christmas, little did I know a few days later I’d be jumping in with my first purchase!!! Lovley watch, I can see this being the first of many.
Thanks for the good wishes. I had always kind of had the Speedmaster on my radar but had never really looked into it. I have a couple of Seamaster and a couple of Bremont watches. Once I looked at the book I now start to appreciate the history I can see me starting a collection. It is a really comfortable watch, I always thought the Bremont S2000 felt nice on but now feels cumbersome compared. I predict the Bremont's will now go and use the funds for more Speedmaster's. Really fancy a Limited edition next. I hear there may be a 50th model coming this year? So maybe that then something older next.
